The exterior looks sleek while the interior is enclosed in a tough but extremely lightweight Kirksite alloy due to which this vaporizer has a featherlight feel. Although just a centimeter taller than the Fury 2, the Edge comes with 40% more capacity packed in its 2300mAh battery. The air path is of stainless steel, while the mouthpiece is of glass.
Just like other Healthy Rips devices, this one also comes with three buttons, two being temperature controls and one being the power button. To use the vaporizer, remove the mouthpiece to access the herb chamber of stainless steel, fill it with up to 0.2g of finely-ground herbs, replace your preferred mouthpiece, and press the power button thrice.
Now, set the temperature using the control buttons. Once heating is done, start inhaling. It vibrates to inform you that it is ON and heating up; no color lights are there.
The heat-up time is of 20 seconds, but it depends on your set temperature. The Edge reaches the last temperature level automatically, but the buttons will allow adjusting between 320°F to 430°F.
When at the intended temperature, a five-minute timer starts, which is longer than Fury 2. Hitting slowly works more effectively than that of other Healthy Rips models.
The glass mouthpiece offers more superior experience than a plastic one that comes with the vaporizer. This makes the Edge stand out from the remaining weed devices in this price range. The pure stainless-steel air path from the heating element reaches the chamber and screen connecting to a mouthpiece featuring an internal glass airway.
The device comes with many accessories, which is the best upgrade, including a glass stem, 3-in-1 adapter, and bent mouthpiece. You load the device, put the attachment onto the bowl, and add any bubbler or water pipe adapter to it to get started. You can even change the accessories even while vaping.
You can extravagantly thick vapor with short puffs or long draws due to the internal heating system blending a convection chamber and radiant heat. Clouds of vapor become visible in the first draw.
The 2300mAh battery charges quickly in less than two hours via a USB-C cable. It gives up to 70 minutes of vaping time.
