GeekVape Aegis Mini 5 Mod

The GeekVape Aegis Mini 5 Mod is a pocket‑sized vape mod that delivers robust performance in an ultra‑compact package. Designed for users who value portability without sacrificing power, it accepts standard 510‑thread tanks or rebuildable atomizers and can output up to 100 W. The device features a small yet functional 0.96‑inch TFT display, making it suitable for both casual vapers and those who prefer precise control over their vaping experience.

Battery & Power Management

The mod is powered by a single rechargeable unit with a capacity of 3200 mAh. This battery size strikes a balance between longevity and weight, allowing the device to sustain several hours of use before needing a recharge. The internal power management circuitry limits the maximum output to 100 W, ensuring that users can safely reach high wattage levels while maintaining efficient energy use. When the battery reaches low voltage, the mod automatically reduces power output to protect the cell and extend its lifespan.

Heating System & Wattage Range

The Aegis Mini 5 operates within a wattage range of 5–100 W. This range is achieved through the mod’s integrated heating mechanism, which adjusts power delivery based on user input. The device supports both Smart and Power modes; in Smart mode it automatically selects an optimal wattage for the connected tank, whereas Power mode allows manual adjustment for more experienced users who wish to fine‑tune their vaping experience. The heating element is protected by a safety circuit that monitors temperature and voltage to prevent overheating.

Display & Interface

A 0.96‑inch TFT screen provides real‑time feedback on power level, battery status, and other operational parameters. The interface is controlled by a single button that activates firing and toggles between modes. This minimalistic design keeps the device lightweight while still offering essential information at a glance. The display updates instantly when the user changes wattage or switches from Smart to Power mode, ensuring that the user always knows the exact settings.

Build & Durability

The mod incorporates IP67 tri‑proof technology, protecting it against dust, water splashes, and accidental drops. Its compact dimensions of 88 × 39 × 28 mm make it easy to carry in a pocket or small bag. The chassis is reinforced with the AS 4.0 chipset, which manages power distribution and safety features such as over‑current protection, short‑circuit prevention, and temperature monitoring. These components work together to provide a reliable vaping experience even under demanding conditions.

A‑Lock System

The Aegis Mini 5 Mod is equipped with GeekVape’s proprietary A‑Lock system, which secures the device against accidental firing and ensures that only the intended user can activate it. The lock engages automatically when the device is powered off or after a preset period of inactivity, requiring a deliberate button press to unlock. This feature adds an extra layer of safety for users who carry their mod in bags or backpacks where unintended activation could occur.

Charging & Connectivity

The mod uses a USB Type‑C port for charging, providing fast and reversible connectivity that is compatible with most modern power adapters. The port also serves as the primary interface for firmware updates, allowing users to keep their device’s software current without needing additional tools or cables. Because USB Type‑C supports higher data transfer rates, firmware upgrades are completed quickly and reliably.
