Penjamin Raygun Vaporizer Battery

The Penjamin Raygun Vaporizer Battery from Smyle Labs is a portable vaporizer that blends contemporary aesthetics with functional versatility. Designed for users who value discreet portability without sacrificing performance, the device fits comfortably in a pocket or bag thanks to its compact dimensions. It accepts all standard 510 cartridges and offers four distinct heat settings, allowing both novice and experienced vapers to tailor their experience precisely.

Variable Voltage Heating System

The core of the Raygun’s performance lies in its variable voltage heating system, which provides four (4) selectable power levels. Each level is identified by a distinct color code: Green: 2.7V, Light Blue: 3.0V, Blue: 3.3V, and Red: 3.7V. When a user presses the activation button, the device delivers the chosen voltage directly to the heating element, controlling the temperature at which the cartridge material is vaporized. Lower voltages produce smoother, cooler vapor suitable for delicate strains or lighter sessions, while higher voltages generate denser clouds and stronger flavor profiles. This precise control eliminates guesswork, ensuring that each puff matches the user’s preference without overheating or under‑heating the cartridge.

510 Cartridge Compatibility

The Raygun is engineered to accommodate all standard 510 cartridges, a ubiquitous size in the vaping community. It accepts cartridges ranging from 0.5–1 g that sit inside the device’s chamber, as well as larger pre‑filled cartridges up to 2.0 g when placed on top of the unit. This dual‑size compatibility means users can switch between smaller, travel‑friendly cartridges and larger, more potent options without needing additional adapters or modifications. The internal design ensures a snug fit for each cartridge type, maintaining consistent contact with the heating element for optimal vapor production.

Battery Capacity and Rechargeability

The device houses a 400 mAh rechargeable battery that powers both the heating system and auxiliary functions such as LEDs and sound effects. Although the capacity is modest compared to larger vaporizers, it is sufficient for multiple sessions before requiring a recharge, especially when using lower voltage settings. Charging is performed via a standard USB‑C port, allowing users to connect the device to a wide range of power sources—from wall adapters and car chargers to portable power banks—ensuring that the Raygun remains ready for use wherever it is carried.

Pre‑Heat Feature and Activation Method

Before each puff, the Raygun offers a pre‑heat function that warms the cartridge to an optimal temperature. This feature reduces the lag time between activation and vapor delivery, providing immediate satisfaction. The device’s activation method is straightforward: a single button press initiates both the heating cycle and any accompanying visual or auditory cues. This simplicity eliminates confusion and allows users to focus on their vaping experience rather than complex controls.

Dimensions and Build

The Penjamin Raygun measures 38.36 mm x 36.9 mm x 68.2 mm, a size that balances portability with ergonomic handling. The compact form factor does not compromise structural integrity; the device is built to withstand regular transport and use, featuring a durable casing that protects internal components from accidental drops or impacts.

Lights & Sounds

The Raygun incorporates vivid LED lighting and dynamic sound effects that activate upon each puff. These features are controlled by the same button used for heating, providing instant visual and auditory feedback to confirm activation. The LEDs display a range of colors—green, light blue, blue, and red—that correspond to the selected voltage setting, offering an intuitive visual cue about the current power level. Sound effects synchronize with the LED changes, enhancing the user’s awareness of each puff without relying on external indicators.
