Pulsar 510 DL 3.0 Twist Auto-Draw Vape Pen

The Pulsar 510 DL 3.0 Twist Auto‑Draw Vape Pen is a compact, 510‑thread battery that delivers discreet vaping for users who prefer a simple, buttonless experience. Designed to accept standard 510‑thread cartridges, it offers an auto‑draw system that activates automatically when the user inhales, eliminating the need for manual switches or triggers. The unit’s slim profile provides a comfortable grip while its larger body houses a battery with double the power of the original DL model, allowing for longer vaping sessions before a recharge is required.

Auto‑Draw Mechanism

The auto‑draw feature relies on an airflow sensor located near the mouthpiece. When the user takes a puff, the sensor detects the change in air pressure and sends a signal to the internal controller. This signal activates the heating element for the duration of the inhale, then automatically shuts off once the airflow stops. The result is a seamless vaping experience that mimics the feel of a disposable vape: no buttons are pressed, yet the device responds instantly to each inhalation. Because the activation is triggered by airflow rather than manual input, there is less chance of accidental power loss or misfires, and the user can enjoy consistent performance with every puff.

Voltage Control via Twist Dial

A tactile twist dial on the side of the pen offers four selectable voltage settings. Turning the dial rotates a mechanical cam that adjusts an internal potentiometer, which in turn changes the output voltage supplied to the heating coil. Each setting delivers a distinct level of power: lower voltages produce smoother flavor hits with less vapor, while higher voltages generate denser clouds and stronger sensations. The dial’s design provides clear tactile feedback; users can feel each notch as they rotate it, ensuring precise selection without visual confirmation. This manual control allows the user to tailor the vaping experience to personal preference or to the characteristics of a particular cartridge.

Battery Design

The unit incorporates an enlarged battery compartment compared to earlier Pulsar models. The larger space accommodates a higher‑capacity cell, which in turn supports extended use between charges. Internally, the battery is paired with a dedicated power management circuit that regulates voltage output across all four dial settings. This circuitry ensures stable performance even as the battery discharges, preventing sudden drops in power or overheating. The design also includes thermal pathways that help dissipate heat generated during high‑voltage vaping, contributing to overall safety and longevity of the device.

Build and Discretion

The pen’s exterior is engineered for a sleek, low‑profile appearance. Its smooth finish reduces fingerprints and enhances grip stability, making it comfortable to hold in one hand for extended periods. The discreet form factor allows users to conceal the device easily during travel or in public settings without drawing attention. Despite its compact size, all controls—including the twist dial and airflow sensor—are positioned ergonomically so that they remain accessible while maintaining a clean aesthetic.

Cartridge Compatibility

The Pulsar 510 DL 3.0 is specifically designed for standard 510‑thread cartridges. This compatibility means it can be paired with a wide range of prefilled or refillable pods that use the same threading system, offering users flexibility in choosing their preferred oils or concentrates. The 510 thread ensures a secure fit between cartridge and battery, preventing leaks and maintaining consistent airflow during vaping.
