Uwell Crown B Vape Pod Kit

The Uwell Crown S is a pod‑style vaporizer that combines compact design with dependable performance. It is built around a 1500 mAh rechargeable battery, which supplies power to the device’s heating system and controls. The unit offers a draw‑or‑button firing mechanism that can be set to three distinct output levels, allowing users to tailor resistance and airflow for their preferred vaping style. Constructed from durable PC and ABS plastics, the Crown S delivers a robust yet lightweight chassis suitable for everyday carry.

Battery Performance

The integrated 1500 mAh lithium‑ion battery is engineered to provide extended vaping sessions without the need for frequent recharging. Its internal circuitry manages power distribution across the three selectable output levels, ensuring that each level delivers consistent voltage and current to the heating element. Because the battery is sealed within the unit, users do not have to handle separate charging cables or replaceable cells; instead, a single USB connection powers the device during use or when recharging. The capacity also allows for multiple refills of the 5 mL pod before the battery’s charge diminishes noticeably.

Heating System – Mesh Coil

The Crown S utilizes a mesh coil as its heating element. Mesh coils are composed of fine, interwoven metal strands that create a large surface area for heat transfer. This design ensures rapid vaporization of the e‑liquid and produces smoother, more flavorful draws compared to traditional single‑wire coils. The mesh coil is positioned directly beneath the airflow valve, allowing air to pass through the heated liquid efficiently. When the user initiates a draw or presses the button, the device activates the coil only during that instant, preventing unnecessary heat buildup and conserving battery life.

Airflow Control

An adjustable airflow control valve is integrated into the Crown S’s design. By rotating the valve, users can fine‑tune the amount of air entering the vapor chamber. This feature enables a spectrum of vaping experiences: tightening the airflow yields a tighter, mouth‑to‑lung (MTL) draw that concentrates flavor and nicotine delivery, while loosening it produces a more open, direct lung (DTL) experience with greater vapor production. The valve’s mechanical construction is robust enough to maintain consistent airflow even when the device is tilted or jostled during daily use.

Pod Chamber and Capacity

The Crown S includes a magnetically attached pod that can hold up to 5.0 mL of e‑liquid. The magnetic seal ensures a leak‑proof connection between the pod and the main unit, which is particularly useful when carrying the device in a pocket or bag. The 5 mL capacity allows for several hours of vaping before refilling, reducing the frequency of maintenance compared to smaller pods. Inside the chamber, the mesh coil sits directly beneath the airflow valve, ensuring that vapor passes through the heated liquid efficiently and consistently.

Build Materials

The device’s chassis is constructed from a combination of PC (polycarbonate) and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). These plastics are chosen for their high impact resistance, dimensional stability, and ability to withstand the thermal stresses generated during vaping. The use of PC provides structural rigidity and a smooth finish, while ABS contributes durability and ease of manufacturing. Together, these materials give the Crown S a solid feel in hand and protect internal components from external shocks.
