VAPORESSO ARMOUR GS 80w Pod Kit

The Vaporesso ARMOUR GS Pod Kit is a compact, pod‑style vaping system that delivers high‑performance vapor production in an ergonomic package. It offers an adjustable power range from 5–80 W, making it suitable for both low‑power sub‑ohm vaping and higher‑output direct‑to‑lung (DTL) sessions. The kit is powered by a single 18650 battery, which is sold separately, allowing users to choose a capacity that matches their desired usage time. With a 5 mL pod capacity and a top‑fill system, the device provides convenience for frequent refills while maintaining a clean vaping experience.

Heating System

The ARMOUR GS incorporates an adjustable wattage control that lets users set the power within the 5–80 W range. This feature is critical because it allows precise tuning of vapor density and flavor intensity: lower wattages produce smoother, more flavorful hits, while higher wattages generate denser clouds suitable for DTL vaping. The heating element is integrated into a compact pod design that ensures consistent temperature distribution across the coil surface, reducing hotspots and extending coil life. During use, the device automatically regulates power output to maintain the selected setting, providing a stable vaping experience even as the e‑liquid level changes.

Pod Design & Chamber

The kit uses 5 mL Armour G Pods that hold enough e‑liquid for extended sessions without frequent refills. Each pod features a top‑fill system: users simply insert a bottle into the opening and fill from the top, which minimizes mess and reduces exposure to vapor residue. The chamber is sealed to prevent leakage while allowing efficient airflow through the coil. This design ensures that every puff delivers consistent flavor and vapor production, as the e‑liquid remains evenly distributed around the heating element.

Display & User Interface

A 0.96″ TFT display provides real‑time feedback on wattage settings, battery status, and pod capacity. The screen’s high contrast and color depth make it easy to read in various lighting conditions, whether indoors or outdoors. Coupled with intuitive buttons located on the side of the device, users can quickly adjust power levels during a session without interrupting their vaping flow. The display also updates automatically when the pod is replaced or refilled, ensuring that the user always has accurate information about the current state of the kit.

Battery & Power Management

The ARMOUR GS is powered by a single 18650 battery, which offers a balance between power output and portability. Although the battery is sold separately, its compatibility allows users to select a capacity that aligns with their usage patterns—whether they prefer a lightweight setup for travel or a higher‑capacity battery for all‑day use. Inside the device, circuitry manages heat dissipation and protects against over‑current conditions, contributing to overall safety and reliability during extended vaping sessions.

Build Quality & Ergonomics

The kit is constructed from lightweight yet durable materials that provide a solid feel while keeping the overall weight manageable. This construction ensures that the device remains comfortable for prolonged use, whether held in one hand or used with a mouthpiece. The ergonomic design includes a smooth grip surface and balanced weight distribution, which helps reduce fatigue during long vaping sessions. Additionally, the compact form factor allows easy placement in pockets or bags without compromising structural integrity.
